Laser cutting

What is Laser Cutting?

Laser is a technology that is frequently used in the industry with its energy that is strong enough to shape even very hard mines. Of course, it is also used in almost all forming machines. Domestic use It started with microwave ovens and has become the size of 3D printers, and has an increasing usage area.

In laser cutting applications, metal, wood, plexi, cardboard, cardboard and any material you can think of can be used. Since it is a technology capable of shaping in micron dimensions, it can be used even in cuts with sensitive measurements. Even diamond, which is known as the hardest material in the world, can be shaped by Laser. Of course, there must be driver systems to handle laser cutting processes. Modern forming machines use computer-controlled laser heads and process the model drawn on the computer with software using laser-cut heads on the computer.

The biggest advantage of laser is that no cutting apparatus is required for cutting. While the metal equipment used in conventional cutting devices needs to be revised and changed over time, the laser is a system that can be used for a very long time with virtually no maintenance. It does not create additional costs. In addition, it has become the main mower in modern industry as it cuts with a margin of almost zero.

Thanks to laser cutting, work that will take days or even weeks can be completed within hours, and thanks to the perfection of the cutting process, no additional operations are required. Laser, which is an economical and effective system that fully matches with all the modern industry principles, is not designed to be in direct contact with the radioactive, and because it is integrated into the machines, it cannot be mentioned as a hazardous feature.

Laser technology, which has various frequencies and levels adapted to the industry type, continues to be developed in a wide range of areas for domestic use. This technology, which is likely to be used more intensively in the technologies of the future, is currently used mostly in the industry.

Wood veneer varieties suitable for the drawn patterns are taken and cut in the Co2 Laser Machine.
